Kassidy Garland

As Chief Strategy Officer and a founding team member of the Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IOMA), Kassidy oversees the operational infrastructure, systems, and strategic initiatives that drive the institution’s growth and long-term success. She leads cross-departmental functions including IT strategy, operational systems, marketing direction, admissions oversight, and partnership development, ensuring every aspect of the organization aligns with IOMA’s mission to deliver exceptional, compliant medical aesthetics education.

Kassidy holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology with a Concentration in Web Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Women & Gender Studies. She brings over a decade of experience in the spa and medical aesthetics industry, with expertise spanning marketing, IT, client relations, and business operations. Her career reflects a passion for building strong systems and empowering teams to perform at their highest potential.

Dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, Kassidy participates in industry conferences and workshops, staying at the forefront of both medical aesthetics and information technology trends. She also mentors emerging professionals, sharing her experience to help them navigate and excel in the industry.

 

Outside of work, Kassidy is an avid reader with a love for documentaries, history, and culture. She enjoys relaxing with her mini golden doodle, Franklin, and spending quality time with friends and family. Her curiosity, strategic mindset, and collaborative spirit make her a key driver of IOMA’s success and a valued member of its leadership team.
