With a strong background in both operations and team development, she has a proven ability to connect with people, understand their goals, and guide them toward the next step in their careers.

As Student Recruiter at the Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IOMA), Kirsten serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance on program options, admissions requirements, and career opportunities in the growing field of medical aesthetics. Her combination of industry knowledge and people-first approach ensures each prospective student feels informed, supported, and inspired to begin their educational journey.

Kirsten holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and recently earned her Master’s degree in Management and Leadership. Her passion for aesthetics began with her own skin health journey, sparking a deep interest in skin health, advanced treatments, and innovation within the aesthetics industry.
