Reileigh Signor

Reileigh Signor grew up in northern Pennsylvania and returned to the region after several years in Nashville, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a diverse professional background. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Lock Haven University.

Her introduction to the aesthetics industry began as a receptionist at a medical spa—a role that quickly sparked a passion for clinical skincare and advanced treatments. Having personally experienced her own skin health journey, Reileigh was drawn to the transformative impact of medical aesthetics and the confidence it can inspire.

As Operations Manager at the Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IOMA), Reileigh ensures the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities, program logistics, and student support services. Her combined experience in marketing, client relations, and aesthetics operations allows her to create an organized, efficient, and student-centered environment that supports both learning and career readiness.

Outside of IOMA, Reileigh enjoys spending time with friends and family—especially during the summer months. She is a newlywed and proud homeowner, currently channeling her creativity into DIY home projects.
