Rieley Bruso’s career is built on a dedication to education, professional growth, and the advancement of the medical aesthetics industry. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and spending five years in that field, she discovered her true passion for aesthetics—where science, artistry, and client care intersect. She pursued formal training at the Barber and Beauty Academy and went on to graduate from both the Medical Aesthetics and Aesthetic Lasers diploma programs at IOMA.

Her expertise ranges from delivering luxury spa treatments to performing advanced, results-driven procedures—including permanent makeup, lasers, and corrective skincare. This balance of technical precision and client experience allows her to address a wide variety of skin concerns while helping clients feel confident and cared for.

Rieley’s early career in a day spa setting honed her ability to create relaxing, personalized experiences, but her drive to make a measurable impact led her toward more results-oriented, advanced treatments.

Now, as Assistant Director and Instructor at IOMA, she blends her industry knowledge with her passion for mentorship—supporting operations, coordinating programs, and teaching students the clinical and professional skills they need to thrive. Her return to IOMA as a leader reflects her commitment to inspiring the next generation of medical aesthetics professionals.
