Dr. Nazafarine Keyvani is a board-certified gynecologic surgeon with extensive expertise in routine gynecologic care, complex surgical procedures, advanced robotic surgery, and medical aesthetics. An accomplished da Vinci robotic surgeon, she has trained numerous physicians in advanced surgical techniques and has been in active practice since completing her specialty training in 2002.
Known for her personalized and comprehensive approach, Dr. Keyvani is deeply respected by both patients and colleagues for her ability to combine medical expertise with genuine compassion. She is committed to ensuring that every patient feels heard, cared for, and confident in their own skin.
As Medical Director of the Institute of Medical Aesthetics (IOMA), Dr. Keyvani provides medical oversight, compliance guidance, and clinical leadership for all programs. In partnership with Co-Founders Jamie Garland and Ashlee Ludwig, she is dedicated to elevating the education of medical aesthetics professionals—ensuring they practice safely, ethically, and to the highest standard of care.
